MUZAK Account Executive & Sales Support
 
 

  
POSITION PROFILE
The Account Executive is responsible for proactively managing an assigned territory of business with the desired result of selling to the existing territory with desired result of increasing revenue in the assigned territory.

REPORTING STRUCTURE
The Account Executive reports directly to the Sales Manager. 






JOB DUTIES
•Proactively prospect within assigned territory (17 counties) with the attempt to bring in new clients to Muzak.

•Keep an active log of current base of accounts, what services they have with us at what price, information about other vendors for other services, and potential opportunities where we could also serve.
•Respond to cancellation attempts within 24 hours of submittal
•Be an initial source of escalation for the client when they encounter difficulties and/or problems, or have questions and/or needs to be resolved.
•Actively note all client interactions (including attempts to reach the client) into Sales Workforce.
•Up sell existing customer base to additional services offered by Muzak. 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS
•Technical Knowledge of MUZAK product line & Services
•Excel, Word and Outlook proficient; Use of PowerPoint a plus
•Excellent verbalization and writing skills
•Professional demeanor
•Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone
•Excellent time-management and organizational skills
