YSTEM TIME
As needed the Administrator may set the System Time. The system time is referenced
for message time and date stamp. If the time is incorrect, users may think that
messages are late.
To change the system time:
1. Access your mailbox.
2. Press [4] during the Main User Menu in order to access the System Management Menu.
3. Press [5] in order to access the System Time Menu.
4. Press [2] in order to change/set the System Time.
5. Enter the current time using the 24-hour format.
Enter 6:00 a.m. as [0][6][0][0] and enter 6:00 p.m. as [1][8][0][0].

As needed the Administrator may set the System Date. The system date is referenced
for message time and date stamp. If the date is incorrect, users may think that messages are late.
To change the system date:
1. Access your mailbox.
2. Press [4] during the Main User Menu in order to access the System
Management Menu.
3. Press [6] in order to access the System Date Menu.
4. Press [2] in order to change/set the System Date.
5. Enter the current date. You must enter 6 digits when setting the date.
Enter January 5, 2000 as [0][1][0][5][0][0].
The day of the week does not need to be set for Omega-Voice VMI IX-4VML
revision 2.0. The software calculates the day of the week based upon the defined date.
However, older systems 1.06.127 and previous for the IX-4VML and VS-VML must
define the day of the week. The system day is referenced for message time and date
stamp. If the day is incorrect, users may think that messages are late.
To change the system day of the week:
1. Access your mailbox.
2. Press [4] during the Main User Menu in order to access the System Management Menu.
3. Press [6] in order to access the System Date Menu.
4. Press [3] in order to change/set the System day of the week.
5. Enter the current day of the week.
Enter [1] through [7] for Sunday through Saturday respectively.
