Description

The date and time displayed on all system extensions are set from any display phone.

Operation

To set the date and time:

1. Press the "#" key.

• "PROGRAMMING" is displayed

2. Dial "55".

• Display will show "YY MM DD W HH MM" and then current data is displayed.

3. Input new data successively.

• YY -- Last 2 digits of year
• MM -- Month of year (01 - 12)
• DD -- Day (01 - 31)
• W -- Weekday (Monday is 1, Tuesday is 2, etc)
• HH -- Hour (24 hour mode)
• MM -- Minutes (00 - 60)

4. Press the "#" key.

Note: If #55 does not initiate Clock Program, then enter the following procedure first to enable customer programming:

1. Press the "#" key.

• "PROGRAMMING" is displayed

2. Dial "04".

• "MMC DISABLED" is displayed

3. Dial four digit password, then dial "1".

• Default customer password is "4321"

4. Press the "#" key.
