Date and Time Operation

 SUPERCONSOLE 1000:

To set the date and/or time:

1. Press Function.

2. Press Att Function.

3. Press Date Time.

4. Press Set Date.

5. Do one of the following:
   - To set a date, press set date and enter the date (YY MM DD).
   - To set a time, press Set Time and enter the time in 12 or 24 hour format (press PM if required for 12 hour format).

6. Press Set.

7. Press Exit.

To choose 12 or 24 hour format:

1. Press Function.

2. Press Att Function.

3. Press Date Time.

4. Press 12/24 Hr.CLK
   when AM or PM appears in the display, the system is in 12 hour format.

5. Press Exit.

To view the date:

1. Press Function.

2. Press Att Function.

3. Press Date Time.

5550 IP Consoles:

To set the console time:

1. Choose Options on the Tools menu.

2. Select Time.

3. Select the option you want.

4. Click Apply or OK.

Please note that the time and date may also be set with the "Group Administration" web-based tool.

The system date and time are originally set when the System Quick Installation tool is used during the initial system configuration.  You can use the Group Administration Tool to change the date and time as required, for example at the start and end of Daylight Savings Time.

To change the system date and time:

1. Start a Group Administration Tool session.

2. Select Manage System Options from the I want to ... menu.

3. Select Change Date and Time from the System Options menu.

4. Follow the instructions that appear on the Group Administration Tool window.
