On version 6 and above, the clock can be set from the telephone by logging in to the system administrator box.
Setting the voice messaging system date and time from the telephone
(Enter the digits inside the quotation marks.)
Call the voice messaging system on a number that will access the main greeting.
Enter "*999#", then key in your password when prompted, to log in to the administrator box
Select option "8" for system administration
Press "7" to set the system time
Follow the verbal prompts to set the time
Press "8" to set the system date
Follow the verbal prompts to set the date

Press any key to cancel the screen-saver.
At the Banner screen, press <CTRL>-<HOME> (The system will only return a "beep" tone)
Press <ALT>-N (This will open a DOS Window for execution of a single MS-DOS command)
Type "TIME HH:MM" in military time, and press "ENTER", "ENTER".
Note: Changing the voice messaging system date and time may affect the time stamp on messages already in the voice messaging system and on messages that are set for future delivery.
