Setting the voice messaging system date and time from the telephone
Call the system on a number that is answered by the main greeting and sign in with a system manager personal ID and security code.

Setting the voice messaging system date and time from the terminal
You must sign in to the voice messaging system before reviewing or modifying its fields.
- Press any key to cancel the screen-saver.
- At the Banner screen, press F2.
- Type your system manager ID, and press ENTER.
- Type your security code, and press ENTER.
The voice messaging system's six main screens appear in the following order:
- EasyMade Application
- Personal Directory
- Groups
- Transaction Directory
- Voice Prompt Editor
- EasyMade Switch Setup
To move forward, press F6. To move back, press F5.
Use shortcut keys to jump directly to a screen:
- EasyMade Application: CTRL+A
- Personal Directory: CTRL+D
- Groups: CTRL+G
- Transaction Directory: CTRL+T
- Voice Prompt Editor: CTRL+P
- EasyMade Switch Setup: CTRL+S
Note: Changing the voice messaging system date and time may affect the time stamp on messages already in the voice messaging system and on messages that are set for future delivery.
To set up the voice messaging system date and time:
- Go to line 30 on the EasyMade Application screen page 5.
- In the "Today's date" field, type the correct date (in dd-mmm-yy format), and press ENTER.
- In the "Time now" field, type the correct time (in hh:mm am format), and press ENTER.
- Press <ESC> to return to the banner screen
